Shri S C Goel, was the founder of Global Trading Enterprises. He was an Engineer by profession and was a luminary edupreneur. He founded Management and Engineering College and was also the founder chairman of Muzaffarnagar Medical College which continues to enlighten the paths of thousands of students in the region that was hitherto parched for quality higher education in the field of Medicine. Since his demise, his wife, Mrs. Vijay Goel is the trustee of the College.
